Cannabinoids are a class of compounds that have been utilised extensively due to the breadth of their therapeutic potential.
Our LC-MS team has significant expertise in the development and validation of bespoke LC-MS assays to measure the pharmacokinetics (PK) of cannabinoids from early stage pre-clinical dog, rat and mouse studies up to regulated GCP studies.
Our experience of the CBD and THC molecules and their metabolites covers numerous matrices – some assays include up to 8 analytes in a single analysis with sensitivity down to 0.125 ng/mL.
In addition to these, we have developed and validated a variety of proprietary methods across a broad range of species and matrices.
