What is an apprenticeship?
An apprenticeship is a paid job with training.
All our apprentices are fully employed by us, enjoying the same rewards and benefits as all of our employees.
Working as an apprentice means they earn as they learn. An apprentice works in a real job and spends 20% of their working hours training.
They will undertake a work-based learning programme lasting up to 66 months (including the 6 month End Point Assessment Period) aiming towards a Laboratory Scientist (Degree) qualification.
Who are Drug Development Solutions?
We’re a Contract Research Organisation (CRO). A CRO in life sciences is a business that delivers research services to the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical device sectors on a contract basis.
This means we work with a wide range of different companies and staff get to work on a range of projects.
We have UK labs in Fordham, near Newmarket and Sandwich in Kent and globally in USA and Australia.
